Cancellations
We offer cancellations only until the order has not been dispatched.
Return & Refund
We do not offer returns/refunds on any order. We are happy to provide you with an exchange with the same product or store credit (only if the product you ordered is out of stock) within 7 days of you receiving the order. Please note that this is applicable only if you have received an incorrect product or one that is damaged.

Exchange
We only accept exchange requests in case your product is damaged, faulty or you were delivered incorrect/incomplete items. We provide an exchange window of 7 days after receiving the product.
We will exchange with the same product ordered unless it is out of stock, in which case we will issue you store credit of the same value.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned/exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for store credit or exchanged.
To issue a return or exchange request, please email us on support@shoprozaana.com with your Order ID | Exchange Request as the subject, within 24 hours of receiving the product.
When you receive your shipment, please make an unboxing video of your order to show as proof of damage/faulty/incomplete/incorrect delivery, and attach the same in your email. Without this video, we will not be able to accept any request to exchange/return.
* After we approve your request, you will have to ship the order back to us (details shared over email).
* Make sure to send the product in the exact same box, unworn & in its original condition with all tags, labels etc.
* An exchange of the product (or store credit) will be done within 8-10 working days.
